A ritual cairn constructed collectively 16 Jan 2019 in WAS6. Thanks to Louise Shaw for the photo. The cairn's natural constituents are pictured below on 13 December 2018 (with three fakes!) and the pieces of trash (plastics, metals etc.) were collected in January.
This was an example of Collective performance art: The cairn-building was done within a silent zen-like walk. The cairn was left for some weeks on display and then the WAS6 group, in the same manner, took apart the cairn and classified the constituent materials: into: back to the beach (60%), plastic (30%), metal (5%) and land-fill (5%).
